BRITNEY Spears has stripped totally naked on a beach and posted a cryptic post about her past.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 41-year-old singer posted a sultry snap where she posed completely naked on Wednesday from her beach vacation.<\/p>\n

Britney stood with no clothes on with her back to the camera as she looked over her shoulder.<\/p>\n

Her long blonde locks were left down over her back, with her butt completely exposed.<\/p>\n

The star held her breasts with her arms and smiled at the camera on the white sandy beach.<\/p>\n

A shadow of a man could be seen taking a picture of the star's curves. Comments were turned off but the post was captioned: "\u2026it\u2019s just me !!!"<\/p>\n

Britney posted the sultry snap after a cryptic post where she spilled all on her "past."<\/p>\n

The Toxic singer posted an illustrated video from a scene of Beauty and The Beast with someone talking the story over the video.<\/p>\n

The scene depicted a moment where an old woman sought shelter in a castle with a Prince but was turned away. After the rejection, the old woman became beautiful and then cursed the Prince.<\/p>\n

Britney added the caption: "I started writing my book two years ago and in those moments in my personal life, I kept to myself !!! Not only was my personal life kept secret, but it felt equivalent to 20 years of hard times that I wrote about in my book !!!"<\/p>\n

'INCREDIBLY SAD'<\/h2>\n

Britney released her 288-page memoir\u00a0The Woman In Me last month. It detailed the star's life's traumas and battles from the past few years.<\/p>\n

She continued: "Can you imagine a 2007 that lasted for three years that nobody even knows about ??? It\u2019s over now and I\u2019m incredibly sad about those times !!! It\u2019s weird cause although I do Instagram, I don\u2019t follow social media, the news, and the fan chatter !!!"<\/p>\n

This could refer to the admission that Britney contemplated suicide.<\/p>\n

In her autobiography, she recalls spending time in a mental health facility and says it almost broke her.<\/p>\n

She wrote: \u201cHow had I managed not to kill myself in that place?<\/p>\n

"Almost anyone else in my situation would have.<\/p>\n

\u201cThinking about how close I came to doing just that, I wept.\u201d<\/p>\n

Britney was placed under a conservatorship by\u00a0dad Jamie\u00a0in 2008.<\/p>\n

The legal hold removed her ability to make decisions about her professional and \u00adpersonal life.<\/p>\n

Britney says she was forced to stay in the mental health facility when a doctor diagnosed her as \u201cdemented\u201d.<\/p>\n

She explains: \u201cMy father said if I didn\u2019t go, then I\u2019d have to go to court.<\/p>\n

"He said, \u2018trust me, you will not win\u2019.<\/p>\n

'BEYOND COMPREHENSION'<\/h2>\n

The Instagram post said: "I\u2019ve been doing that this week and it\u2019s weird cause it feels like a lot of fans already kind of know me and they way they speak is incredibly kind. They always a suspicion that something\u2019s going on !!!! Well guess what Britney nerds \u2026 you were 100 percent right !!! <\/p>\n

"I don\u2019t have time to speak about any of it cause at this particular moment it\u2019s beyond comprehension !!! Here\u2019s a clip of my favorite movie !!!! Looks are deceiving !!! I\u2019ve been turned down by so many and incredibly hurt by many."<\/p>\n

Britney also spilt on past partners in her book, which could be part of the Instagram reference.<\/p>\n

Britney reveals that after the "love of her life"\u00a0Justin Timberlake\u00a0split up with her via text in 2002, he travelled to her home in Louisiana to hand her a letter he had written.<\/p>\n
