concerns, Nella and\u00a0Sam Thompson swam to victory as they claimed 10 out of 12 stars for camp in the first underwater Bushtucker trial of the series during Sunday night&#8217;s episode of I&#8217;m A Celebrity&#8230; Get Me Out Of Here!<\/p>\n<p>The influencer and the Made In Chelsea star, 31, faced a gruesome aquatic quiz called Fishy Business after being chosen by the public.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sam&#8217;s role was to swim around a pool into different containers &#8211; with added creepy crawlies inside.<\/p>\n<p>The trial saw Sam pop his head into a helmet full of frogs where he had to unscrew a star with his tongue, which had the answer written on.<\/p>\n<p>While Sam glided from box to box, Nella was propped in a box full of huge spiders and read the questions for Sam to answer &#8211; Sam and Nella\u2026 it&#8217;s catching!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Dec explained: &#8216;This is Fishy Business. This is a question and answer Trial. As you can see under the water are seven tanks, one of them contains questions, the other six display sea creatures, which are all possible answers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Nella, you&#8217;re reading the questions, Sam you&#8217;ve got to go and find the answers.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Ant added: &#8216;Once you&#8217;re at your chosen tank, which you think is the answer, you&#8217;ve got to release the star using only your mouth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Then and only then will we tell you if the answer is correct.
