{"id":143359,"date":"2023-11-16T03:03:09","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T03:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity-hub.com\/?p=143359"},"modified":"2023-11-16T03:03:09","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T03:03:09","slug":"moment-knifeman-kicks-in-door-before-killing-daughters-father-in-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity-hub.com\/world-news\/moment-knifeman-kicks-in-door-before-killing-daughters-father-in-law\/","title":{"rendered":"Moment knifeman kicks in door before killing daughter&apos;s father-in-law"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Doorbell footage captures moment knifeman, 43, kicks in door before stabbing his daughter&#8217;s father-in-law to death in a row over wedding gifts<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ahmad Alsino stabbed Mohammed Ibrahim four times on his own doorstep\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shocking footage shows the moment a knifeman tried to kick his way into a house before stabbing his daughter&#8217;s father-in-law to death in a row over wedding gifts.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad Alsino, 43, confronted dentist Mohammed Salem Ibrahim, 55, on his own doorstep before stabbing him four times with a Gino D&#8217;Acampo kitchen knife.<\/p>\n<p>Police today released footage showing how they tracked Alsino across Birmingham and arrested him at gunpoint just 40 minutes about the murder.<\/p>\n<p>Alsino and Mr Ibrahim had fallen out following a family wedding in an argument over gold jewellery given to their children as gifts.<\/p>\n<p>Just before 1pm on March 13 this year Alsino stabbed Mr Ibrahim multiple times at his home in Castle Vale, Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516295-12721559-image-a-1_1699378581393.jpg\" height=\"972\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ahmad Alsino was caught on doorbell footage kicking the door in before going on to murder his daughter&#8217;s father-in-law<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516297-12721559-image-a-2_1699378640461.jpg\" height=\"521\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Footage showed Alsino kicked at the door of Mohammed Ibrahim&#8217;s home after a falling out over wedding gifts. A second man who was also there was found guilty of charges relating to the incident<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516301-12721559-image-a-3_1699378653627.jpg\" height=\"819\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Alsino was jailed for life with a minimum term of 26 years after being convicted of murder, attempted murder and possession of a knife<\/p>\n<p>He also went on to slash his daughter&#8217;s husband Aram Ibrahim, who was left with serious injuries but survived the attack.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency services rushed to the scene on Cadbury Drive but dad-of-five Mr Ibrahim could not be save despite the efforts of medics.<\/p>\n<p>Alsino fled after the knife attack, but cops were behind him as he got out of his car after Mr Ibrahim&#8217;s family called 999.<\/p>\n<p>Dramatic footage shows police tracking the vehicle&#8217;s movements across the city before he was arrested by armed officers outside his home in Northfield.<\/p>\n<p>A search of the car found a plastic bag containing two knives, one was later found by forensic experts to have Mr Ibrahim&#8217;s blood on it.<\/p>\n<h3>READ MORE HERE:\u00a0 Father who stabbed his dentist to death with a Gino D&#8217;Acampo kitchen knife in row over gold jewellery wedding gifts for his daughter is jailed for life<\/h3>\n<p>Alsino was previously found guilty of murder, attempted murder and possession of a knife following a three week trial at Birmingham Crown Court.<\/p>\n<p>Lat week he was jailed for life and ordered to serve a minimum of 26 years after being sentenced at the same court.<\/p>\n<p>The court was told Alsino had driven his pregnant daughter Lylan to the property where a bitter row broke out with her partner.<\/p>\n<p>He had tried to kick the door down and when Mr Ibrahim came outside he was stabbed four times, with three wounds penetrating his chest.<\/p>\n<p>Sentencing, Judge Simon Drew KC said &#8216;You took your pregnant daughter to Cadbury Drive to collect some of her belongings from the house where she was living with her husband Aram and the Ibrahim family.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When Lylan was in the house you waited by the car, angry and upset, but not seeking a confrontation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When Mohammed Ibrahim came out of the house he invited you in. That served to inflame matters, your anger increased and you refused his invitation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When Lylan subsequently phoned, claiming that she was being assaulted, you believed her and as a result you lost your temper and armed yourself with a knife.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You went to the door to force your way in in order to get her out but you failed to open it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516293-12721559-image-a-6_1699378845356.jpg\" height=\"436\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The killer was caught driving away from the scene moments after brutally murdering Mr Ibrahim<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516291-12721559-image-a-7_1699378848577.jpg\" height=\"817\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Just 40 minutes later he was tracked down by armed police who surrounded his vehicle<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516289-12721559-image-a-8_1699378851181.jpg\" height=\"426\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The 43-year-old was arrested at gunpoint when he arrived back at his home in Northfield after the attack<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516495-12721559-image-a-9_1699379032365.jpg\" height=\"857\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Inside Alsino&#8217;s car police found a plastic bag containing two knives, one of which was found to have Mr Ibrahim&#8217;s blood on it<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/07\/17\/77516225-12721559-image-a-4_1699378829480.jpg\" height=\"422\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Mr Ibrahim was killed in the vicious attack, while his son was also seriously injured by the Alsino<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When the door was opened you saw Lylan, Mr Ibrahim and Aram in the front hallway.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You then launched an unprovoked attack upon Mr Ibrahim and Aram, at first with fists and then using the knife on both of them in a violent frenzy, stabbing each a number of times.<\/p>\n<h3>READ MORE HERE:\u00a0 Man, 43, stabbed his daughter&#8217;s father-in-law, 55 &#8211; who was also his former dentist &#8211; to death with a kitchen knife in row over gold jewellery wedding gifts\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>&#8216;I am satisfied that you must have intended to kill Mohammed when you were stabbing him.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You knew that you had seriously injured two men but you offered them no assistance and left the scene failing to contact emergency services.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I have listened to the victim personal statements in this case with care.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The whole Ibrahim family, who came to this country to find sanctuary, have been severely affected by your actions on that day. &#8216;<\/p>\n<p>In a statement the victim&#8217;s daughter said her father, who had fled from Syria, had been the victim of a &#8216;barbaric and brutal&#8217; attack.<\/p>\n<p>She said &#8216;He was a highly regarded dentist from the Kurdish community.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He was a pillar of the community.
