A MAN has been charged with murder after a mum was stabbed to death in front of her children.<\/p>\n

Perseverance Ncube, 35, was chased out of her Salford home in the crazed attack during the early hours of Friday morning. <\/p>\n

In terrifying scenes which took place in front of her two children, Perseverance – also known to pals as 'Persy' – attempted to flee for her life. <\/p>\n

Sadly, the mum suffered a single fatal stab wound to the chest before collapsing in the street.<\/p>\n

Cops have since charged Obert Moyo, 45, with her killing.<\/p>\n

Horrified neighbours told how Persy's son then lay by her side until police were called to Little Hulton, Worsley, around 2.40am. <\/p>\n

Persy was rushed to hospital where she was tragically pronounced shortly after. <\/p>\n

Moyo allegedly fled the scene before emergency services arrived.<\/p>\n

While trying to evade cops he was arrested on suspicion of murder. <\/p>\n

Moyo has today been charged with Persy's death and being in possession of an offensive weapon following the terror.<\/p>\n

He has been remanded in police custody and will appear at Bolton Magistrates' Court on Monday. <\/p>\n

On that fatal night, neighbours claimed Persy ran out of her house with her children before being attacked in the road.<\/p>\n

Kealey, Pinkey, 52, said: \u201cThe woman came running out her house with a man chasing her.<\/p>\n

\u201cHer two children were with her and witnessed what happened, which is awful.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know one of the woman\u2019s neighbours and she went over to help the woman after she collapsed in the road.<\/p>\n

\u201cApparently, the little boy was lying next to her on the floor.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cI got to know the woman because she used to sell Avon products, but I think she worked for the NHS."<\/p>\n

Another neighbour Reianna Jackson, 35, said: \u201cIt\u2019s terrible what\u2019s happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said Persy was a keen church-goer and a doting mum, adding: "She was a devoted mum and did everything she could for her kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was so caring and hard-working.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s awful she\u2019s died.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that a neighbour\u2019s son had given Persy CPR as she lay with stab wounds and emergency services raced to the horrific scene.<\/p>\n
