<\/p>\nEASTENDERS fans have unearthed a damning Linda Carter scene- and it\u2019s a game-changer for the Christmas murder. <\/p>\n
Linda is one of the six matriarchs involved in the highly anticipated Christmas death, which was first teased in a flashforward earlier this year. <\/p>\n

In recent episodes, Linda got the shock of her life when her rapist – Dean Wicks – returned to Albert Square. <\/p>\n
Dean had raped Linda nine years ago, but was never convicted of the crime<\/span>. <\/p>\n Following his return, many EastEnders viewers have him down as the prime candidate to be the victim on Christmas Day. <\/p>\n And now, one soap fan has unearthed a clip of Linda saying she wanted to kill Dean, and think it's a sign of what to come.<\/p>\n The scene in question sees Linda talking to an agitated Max Branning in the laundrette. <\/p>\n She tells him: "There has been times in my life where I felt that angry that I could have killed someone. Dean!"<\/p>\n The fan reshared the clip on X – formerly Twitter – and simply added: "Oh s***".<\/p>\n Another commented: "the rest of the clip she says stuart and then says she wasn\u2019t angry at ian enough to want to kill him\u2026could that all change now?"<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n However, some fans are also convinced Linda's mum Elaine Peacock is involved in the Christmas storyline despite not featuring in the flashforward.<\/p>\n Taking to X one soap fan wrote: "You know I\u2019m done. Except for the\u00a0Christmas\u00a0murder which is set to be the best thing ever.<\/p>\n "Sharon, Linda, Denise, Kathy, Suki, and Stacey are set to kill a man on Christmas Day. But who? I say Elaine has Dean \u201ca chip of the old block\u201d killed over the head with a bust!"<\/p>\n Another added: "EastEnders Christmas – Who gets killed. Victim: – Dean Wicks. Attacker: – Elaine Peacock. Item Used: – Queen Vic Bust. Motive: – Protect George Knight (fighting Dean Wicks) and revenge for her daughter Linda (who was r*ped by Dean Wicks)."<\/p>\n A third agreed, writing: "THEORY! Dean is the body. Killer is Elaine or George. How is he killed: whacked round the head with a stool."<\/p>\n Meanwhile a fourth tweeted: "Prediction.
