THE Chase's Bradley Walsh was forced to pause the show and apologise to viewers after a contestant took a swipe at a huge star.<\/p>\n

The ITV host welcomed four new players to the stage in the hopes of winning the jackpot prize. <\/p>\n

This week's opponent was Darren Ennis, who did not mess around when it came to scoring in the rounds.<\/p>\n

However, things rapidly took an unusual turn during contender Rebecca's turn.<\/p>\n

During her head-to-head round, Rebecca was asked, "Who was the first female artist to have a top 40 album in seven consecutive decades, starting from 2020?"<\/p>\n

Lulu, Shirley Bassey, and Sandie Shaw were among the choices.<\/p>\n

Rebecca cheekily responded: "Well, she is getting on a bit." <\/p>\n

Bradley who was stunned exclaimed: "Who? Lulu?!"<\/p>\n
