{"id":142913,"date":"2023-11-02T20:55:18","date_gmt":"2023-11-02T20:55:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity-hub.com\/?p=142913"},"modified":"2023-11-02T20:55:18","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T20:55:18","slug":"steven-tyler-sued-by-woman-who-claims-he-sexually-assaulted-her","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity-hub.com\/world-news\/steven-tyler-sued-by-woman-who-claims-he-sexually-assaulted-her\/","title":{"rendered":"Steven Tyler sued by woman who claims he sexually assaulted her"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler assaulted teen model in 1975 by kissing and dry-humping her in NYC, leaving her with life-long physical injury, lawsuit alleges<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Steven Tyler, 75, has been accused of sexually assaulting Jeanne Bellino in 1975, in a new lawsuit\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bellino alleges she first met the Aerosmith singer, while she was 17 and he was 27, when he is alleged to have assaulted her in a phone booth in New York City\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>This new lawsuit comes nearly a year after a similar lawsuit against Tyler was filed by Julia Misley, who claims the singer sexually assaulted her as a minor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler has been accused of sexually assaulting a teen model in 1975 by kissing and dry-humping her, according to a lawsuit filed against him.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 75-year-old singer is alleged to have assaulted Jeanne Bellino, a former child model, who claims she met Tyler in New York when she was 17 and he was 27.<\/p>\n<p>According to Rolling Stone, the cause of action listed in the suit is gender-motivated violence, and the plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bellino alleges that she met Tyler after a friend had arranged for them to meet Aerosmith at the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>While walking down Sixth Avenue, Bellino claims Tyler forced her into a phone booth and &#8216;stuck his tongue down her throat&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/02\/18\/77334457-12703699-image-a-16_1698950522564.jpg\" height=\"429\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The 75-year-old singer is alleged to have assaulted Jeanne Bellino, a former child model<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/02\/17\/77332065-12703699-image-a-7_1698946597348.jpg\" height=\"476\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Steven Tyler of Aerosmith performs at UBS Arena on September 09, 2023 in Elmont, New York<\/p>\n<p>The suit alleges that Bellino had asked Tyler a question about a song lyric, which frustrated him, leading him to force her into the booth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It reads: &#8216;While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;As Tyler was mauling and groping Plaintiff, he was humping her pretending to have sex with Plaintiff.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Others stood by outside the phone booth laughing and as passersby watched and witnessed, nobody in the entourage intervened.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Bellino alleges that she weighed about 115 pounds at the time and this was her first sexual experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The suit continues: &#8216;Tyler\u2019s penis was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Plaintiff fought back and struggled to be free but Tyler restrained her.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eventually, the suit says, Bellino was able to free herself from the phone booth and decided to stay with the group as she was relying on her friend for transportation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/02\/17\/66037203-12703699-Aerosmith_s_Steven_Tyler_has_argued_a_woman_who_accused_him_of_s-a-20_1698947979120.jpg\" height=\"469\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Bellino alleges that she met Tyler after a friend had arranged for them to meet Aerosmith at the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After the group returned to the Warwick Hotel, Tyler allegedly forcibly kissed Bellino and grinded up against her.<\/p>\n<p>The suit claims that after Bellino continued to resist, Tyler allegedly whispered into her ear that he was &#8216;going in my room to do something quick&#8217; and that he would call her to his room after.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bellino claims she was sobbing and shaking and Tyler had allegedly called down to the lobby to have an associate tell her she could go to his room.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She claims that she was afraid that she &#8216;couldn&#8217;t talk and was paralyzed&#8217; and shook her head at the associate before making for an exit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bellino claims a doorman &#8216;flung her&#8217; into a cab outside the hotel and when she returned home she told her sister all the allegations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In her suit, Bellino claims she has &#8216;suffered and will continue\u00a0\u00a0to suffer, great pain of mind and body, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal &amp; The suit says Holcomb&#8217;s relationship with him lasted from 1973 to 1976<\/p>\n<p>This suit comes nearly a year after Julia Misley, formerly known as Julia Holcomb, filed a similar lawsuit\u00a0against Tyler, accusing him of sexual assault on her when she was a teenager.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Misley alleges the music legend used his fame and status to &#8216;groom, manipulate, exploit and sexually assault&#8217; her.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She also claims he plied her with drugs after gaining guardianship from her mother so he could take her on tour with him.<\/p>\n<p>In his memoir &#8216;Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?&#8217; Tyler wrote he &#8216;almost took a teen bride&#8217; after falling in love with a woman Holcomb alleges is her.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;She was sixteen, she knew how to nasty, and there wasn&#8217;t a hair on it,&#8217; he wrote in the book, which names the girl as &#8216;Diana&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Another extract reads: &#8216;I went and slept at her parents\u2019 house for a couple of nights and her parents fell in love with me, signed papers over for me to have custody, so I wouldn\u2019t get arrested if I took her out of state.
