The Crown's depiction of Princess Diana's ghost appearing in front of her ex-husband\u00a0Prince Charles\u00a0and the late Queen has been slammed by a royal expert as "breathtakingly insensitive."<\/p>\n
The controversial scene, which will air later this month, comes following her death in Paris, and will see Princess Diana, played by Elizabeth Debicki, appear before a mourning Prince Charles, played by Dominic West.<\/p>\n

In a teaser from the imagined scene, which has caused outrage amongst fans, the late Princess tells him how much she loved him as he breaks down in tears.<\/p>\n
It comes after Charles was previously seen sobbing over her body in a hospital morgue in Paris.<\/p>\n
Diana tells him: "Thank you for how you were in the hospital. So raw, broken \u2013 and handsome. I'll take that with me.<\/p>\n
"You know I loved you so much. So deeply, so painfully too. That's over now. It will be easier for everyone with me gone."<\/p>\n
In response to the backlash, a Netflix source said that Elizabeth's appearances as Diana after her death are "visualisations of innermost thoughts" rather than "intended to be interpreted as supernatural."<\/p>\n Speaking to Fabulous, royal commentator and TV presenter Jennie Bond says Netflix should be ashamed: \u201cI don\u2019t care how \u2018sensitive\u2019 the Netflix executives say they have been.<\/p>\n FABULOUS VEGAS: JOIN TO CLAIM \u00a3100 BONUS<\/strong> PLUS 50 FREE SPINS<\/p>\n "Depicting William\u2019s dead mother as a ghost is tasteless, ghoulish and breathtakingly insensitive. And portraying her in the days that led up to her death, and her funeral, is shockingly thoughtless, painful and unnecessary.<\/p>\n "How would any of us feel if a TV drama decided to dramatise our mother\u2019s sudden and tragic death? We all know what happened to Diana, and if you don\u2019t, look it up online.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThere is absolutely no excuse for piling on the suffering that William, and Harry, have endured since that day in 1997. Shame on Netflix.\u201d<\/p>\n The scenes were blasted by fans on social media – with one calling it totally "vile."<\/p>\n "Please let Diana rest after this," wrote one.<\/p>\n A second commented: "I saw a clip of the Princess Diana ghost clip and it was vile. One of the worst things I\u2019ve ever seen."<\/p>\n Season 6 of The Crown will be split into two parts, with the first four episodes featuring the story up to Diana's funeral being released from November 16. <\/p>\n The second installment of six episodes, which will conclude with Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles' wedding, will be released onDecember 14.<\/p>\n<\/picture>ROYAL RUMBLE <\/span><\/p>\n
