JAMIE Oliver has revealed how he makes the perfect scrambled eggs with no cream or milk.<\/p>\n
According to the Naked Chef, you don\u2019t need the additional dairy if you cook the breakfast dish his way.<\/p>\n

Taking to YouTube, Jamie shared a easy to follow tutorial for fans and foodies.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThe chicken egg is the most delicious and cheap form of brilliant protein on the planet,\u201d he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThey have loads of micronutrients and they\u2019re so quick to cook.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to Jamie, the key to perfect scrambled eggs is to always use really fresh free-range or organic eggs and the best quality butter you can afford.<\/p>\n

The dish should be cooked over a medium heat, and allow around two eggs per person.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Jamie advised to whisk the eggs in a bowl, season them with salt and then put a \u201cnice glob of butter\u201d in your pan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He uses a silicone spatula to move the eggs around the pan and then leaves them to sit for a few seconds before moving around again.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cYou don\u2019t want it to catch too much,\u201d the telly chef explained.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Your eggs are ready when they look silky and slightly runny.<\/p>\n
But it\u2019s important to note that they\u2019ll continue to cook a little even after you\u2019ve removed them from the heat because the pan is still hot.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I get to this stage, I just put it in one corner of the pan,\u201d Jamie said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThat way, it\u2019s not going to overcook anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n
He also shared how you can make French and American-style scrambled eggs, but this recipe is the traditional English way.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is a great basic recipe to get you started,\u201d Jamie\u2019s website reads.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cBut if you want to mix things up, try adding some chopped chives or basil, a few shavings of Parmesan cheese or some chopped red chilli to the beaten egg mixture before pouring it into the pan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
