He said: \u201cFirst and foremost, I\u2019d like to offer my condolences to Mr Osborne\u2019s family and loved ones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are continuing to establish the circumstances that led to his death and I\u2019d urge anyone who can help, but has not yet spoken to police, to do so.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWere you in Narborough Road or the surrounding area on Wednesday night?
