<\/p>\nA FASHION-LOVING teacher was left red-faced after realizing she had suffered a major wardrobe malfunction.<\/p>\n
Hayley (@teachingnreallife) recalled teaching kids all day at school and attending church while feeling that something was wrong.<\/p>\n

The second-grade teacher took to TikTok to desperately ask for advice after wearing a sheer pink dress.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She has over 3,000 followers who are usually inspired by the trendy outfits that she wears for work.<\/p>\n
Hayley said: \u201cI\u2019ve never needed more of a teacher community or teachers sharing their experiences than I do today.<\/p>\n
\u201cBecause not only am I the kind of teacher apparently that accidentally wears dresses that are slightly see-through, I\u2019m the kind of teacher that doesn\u2019t notice until 3 pm when they dismiss their kids in the parking lot.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo obviously when I put this dress on this morning I couldn\u2019t tell it was see-through."<\/p>\n
Hayley explained that her room was too dark for her to notice how sheer her pink shirt dress was.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The v-neck frock has brown buttons in the center and is relatively loose-fitting.<\/p>\n
She continued: \u201cI\u2019ve worn this dress so many times before. I put on my undies and went about my business.<\/p>\n

We go to church.\u201d<\/p>\n Hayley explained that she has a ministry role in the church which requires bowing at the altar as the congregation watches from behind.\u00a0<\/p>\n She said despite doing the role every day something didn\u2019t feel right.<\/p>\n \u201cI thought there was something on my face,\u201d Hayley said.<\/p>\n \u201cSo as I\u2019m body of Christ-ing, I\u2019m like it feels different but okay I guess they\u2019re kind of making fun of me.<\/p>\n \u201cWe go back to school and I hear two older students talking about me. They said my name and I was kind of like\u2026\u201d she shrugged.<\/p>\n \u201cI said alright I\u2019m just being a little paranoid also they\u2019re probably making fun, I just don\u2019t look great today.<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s what I thought happened, so then I go about my whole entire day.<\/p>\n \u201cOur special is at the end of the day so I bring the kids out to recess.<\/p>\n "I pick them up, I bring them to lunch, I walk through the lunch line with them a little bit.<\/p>\n \u201cI go up and have my own lunch. I go about my day as if nothing is wrong.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cAs if I\u2019m not wearing a dress that is not see-through but not see-through, like it was too see-through most would say.<\/p>\n \u201cI would say personally as the person wearing it.<\/p>\n \u201cGoing about my whole day, I go to the bathroom at 2.15 pm when my kids go to art and that was my first time in the bathroom all day.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd all of a sudden I\u2019m like the light in here I shine, I\u2019m seeing things that I would prefer to not see through my dress.<\/p>\n \u201cSo then I text my friends and then after that, I had to bring the kids out and they\u2019re like, \u2018oh yeah I think just in the light it\u2019s kind of see-through.\u2019<\/p>\n \u201cThen I\u2019m freaking out, I\u2019m like I just went through my whole day and now I know why everyone\u2019s talking about me and that\u2019s really embarrassing.<\/p>\n \u201cI have to go to aftercare, one of my friends is like \u2018oh I saw you but it was in the afternoon, I didn\u2019t know what to tell you.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Hayley said people tried to reassure her that everyone has fashion mishaps.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cI have to go back to school tomorrow and have to do my Eugaristic ministering.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know how to face what I\u2019ve done.\u201d<\/p>\n Commenters empathized with Hayley and many shared their own mortifying fashion fails.<\/p>\n One person wrote: \u201cI bought a skirt that was see-through and totally didn\u2019t realize. <\/p>\n "Luckily, my daughter said something before we left the house. I had no idea!\u201d<\/p>\n Another said: \u201cI bled through my pants my very first day as a teacher. Literally had no time to go to the bathroom.\u201d<\/p>\n A third added: \u201cMy boob fell out of my bra and I didn\u2019t notice until two hours later when I went outside and felt the breeze.\u201d<\/p>\n A fourth commented: \u201cMy skirt zipper broke on my very first-day teaching and peeked out in the hall and my principal was there.
