I<strong>mplementing the EHCP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Once the EHCP has been created it should be implemented and provisions should be provided by the local authority as well as other social care partners.<\/p>\n<p>Each service provider for the young person should have clear objectives on how to support them and ensure progress. <\/p>\n<h3>5.
