Andrei Vladimirovich Skoch was born in 1966. He spent his childhood in the village of Nikolskoye in the Moscow region. After finishing school, he joined the army and where he served in a reconnaissance and assault troop.<\/p>\n
In his younger years, he became seriously interested in sambo and judo. Over time, this interest grew, and after several high-profile victories, he was awarded the title of Master of Sport. For some time, Andrei Skoch even planned to become a coach. For several years he coached athletes, for which he was awarded the title of Honored Coach of Russia.<\/p>\n
Andrei Vladimirovich Skoch graduated from the Psychology Department of the Moscow Pedagogical State University. Later, in the 2000s, he attended graduate school, defended his thesis on \u201cCharity in Russia as a Means of Social Protection for Children,\u201d and was awarded a Ph.D. in pedagogy.<\/p>\n
