Jeffrey Epstein visited with underage rape victim 90 times in jail
23rd September 2019

Jeffrey Epstein was allowed 90 prison visits with a woman Palm Beach Police had identified as an underage rape victim – even after registering as sex offender

  • Documents obtained by show the Palm Beach County’s Sheriff’s Office recorded approximately 90 visits between Epstein and Nadia Marcinkova
  • She was born on February 21, 1985 according to the PBSO visitation log, despite almost all reports listing her year of birth as 1986
  • One of Epstein’s victims’ detailed how Epstein sexually assaulted and raped her in 2002, revealing that Marcinkova was also involved in these incidents
  • Marcinkova would have been 16 or at most 17 at the time per PBSO records, meaning she too was raped and sexually assaulted by Epstein
  • This was all included in the police report and probable cause affidavit of Detective Joseph Recarey of the Palm Beach Police
  • Epstein was also allowed these visits despite being listed as a sex offender, having been entered in the system when he started his term around July 2008

Jeffrey Epstein was approved for visits with one of his underage rape victims while serving time for soliciting minors in Palm Beach.

Documents obtained by show that the Palm Beach County’s Sheriff’s Office recorded approximately 90 visits between Epstein and Nadia Marcinkova in their official prison log.

Marcinkova, whose name is recorded as Nadia Marcorkona on the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office visitation authorization log, was born on February 21, 1985 according to officials, despite having been born in 1986 according to almost all reports.

This means that Marcinkova would have been 16 or at most 17 when she was forced to have sex with other underage girls and Epstein himself, all of which was described in some detail by one victim in her interview with the Palm Beach Police Department.

That interview was later included in the Palm Beach Police report on Epstein, meaning that officials would have been aware that Epstein had raped and sexually assaulted Marcinkova much like his countless other victims.

They were also aware that Epstein was listed as a sex offender, having been entered into the system when he started his prison term around July 2008, according to official documents, even if he himself had not personally registered until after his release.

Predator: One of Epstein’s victims’ detailed how Epstein sexually assaulted and raped her in 2002, revealing that Marcinkova was also involved in these incidents

Marcinkova was brought to the United States at the age of 15 by Epstein, who was careful to keep her off any flight manifests until after her 18th birthday, with her initials first appearing in 2003 and her name again on a 2004 flight.

She was born in 1986 by almost every account save for that of Epstein and the PBSO.

That one year makes a big difference as it pertains to age of consent, with multiple victims detailing encounters involving Marcinkova.

The young woman who first offered up information revealing that Marcinkova was one of Epstein’s victims as well had initially withheld the details of her abuse when contacted by authorities.

She then asked for a second meeting with police, at which time she revealed that she had made hundreds of visits to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion in a two-year period.

It was during those visits in 2002 that she was often made to participate in sex acts with Marcinkova for Epstein’s viewing pleasure she said, noting she was 16 at the time.

Epstein would then sexually assault the underage teenage girls on some occasions, and at other times rape the girls.

Marcinkova would have also been 16 or at most 17 at that time.

At first she was paid extra to perform an oral sex act on Marcinkova, but things quickly began to escalate she told police.

‘Epstein would instruct and pay [redacted] to have intercourse with his female friend [Marcinkova],’ reads the affidavit.

When asked how she defined intercourse in this instance, the young woman said ‘using strap on dildos, large rubber penis’ and other devices that Epstein had a his disposal.’

Epstein also escalated she said, and at first would just ‘watch them have intercourse and masturbate himself.’

Then he would ‘provide oral sex to both’ said the victim, who states very clearly that this happened in 2002, meaning that both she and Marcinkova were underage at the time.

Epstein also took photos of the two teens that he then displayed around the house.

In his report, Detective Joseph Recarey noted that the victim told him Marcinkova would emerge naked from the steam room whenever she was present at the Palm Beach mansion, which also gave some background on the woman.

‘Epstein had purchased her from her family in Yugoslavia,’ wrote Detective Joseph Recarey after his interview with one victim.

‘Epstein bragged he brought her into the United States to be his Yugoslavian sex slave.’

Marcinkova would eventually move into a procurement role like many victims before her, according to court documents.

Detective Recarey never sought to charge Marcinkova however, likely on account of this information and her age.

That was not the case a few years later however when Marcinkova was seen as a predator and not a victim by prosecutors, who only agreed to grant her immunity as part of Epstein’s plea deal.

‘In consideration of Epstein’s agreement to plead guilty and to provide compensation in the manner described above, if Epstein successfully fulfills all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the United States also agrees that it will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, or Nadia Marcinkova,’ stated the agreement.

There was no mention or record that anyone sought to discuss the rape and abuse Marcinkova endured, or tried to help her seek monetary damages from her rapist.

Though she was referred to as a ‘Yugoslavian sex slave,’ Marcinkova was actually born in the former Czechoslovakia just four years before the Velvet Revolution, which precipitated the non-violent transition of power in the country.

At some point she and her family did move to Yugoslavia.

In recent years, she has changed her surname and Americanized her first name, going by Nadia.

She visited Epstein often in jail, and spent time with him after his release while working for Douglas Elliman.

Then the two parted ways, and she has avoided the spotlight in the wake of these new charges and the suicide of her rapist.
