Cops in Australia are searching for a man caught on video using the spinning tires of an electric bike to draw male genitalia on a sidewalk in Perth.
Security footage released by police shows a middle-aged man dressed business casual in jeans, a white button-down and sport coat as he holds the back wheel of the bike above one of his compositions.
The artist’s impressions were allegedly laid out on Perth’s Murray Street in broad daylight, at around 4:50 p.m. Nov. 30.
“The man has appeared to spin the wheels of an electric bicycle in order to draw explicit images with the rubber from the [tires],” police said in a statement.
“This has resulted in multiple images drawn on to the ground.”
A Dec. 11 bulletin seeking information on the incident picked up over 1,400 comments.
“Whilst I do not condone graffiti, I give him points for technique and ingenuity,” posted one commenter.
“An electric bike, very creative.”
