Seb Franklin’s been having a pretty tough time of it on Coronation Street, what with having been brutally attacked by the cruel Rachel’s henchman Nikolai in a shocking human trafficking storyline.
After being lured to the empty nail bar by Nikolai, who texted Seb pretending to be the trapped Alina (Ruxandra Porojnicu), Seb was viciously walloped over the head by the brute.
Tonight, Eileen (Sue Cleaver) will arrive at the nail bar to confront Jan (Piotr Baumann) – who was spotted dropping the seriously wounded Seb off at the hospital – and a violent altercation will ensue as Jan is forced to protect her from the devious Rachel and Nikolai before the police arrive.
As we wait to see if justice will finally be served, here’s everything you need to know about the actor who plays Seb on Corrie, and where you might have seen his face before.
Who plays Seb Franklin in Coronation Street?
Seb Franklin is played by 20-year-old actor Harry Visinoni.
While he’s best known for appearing as Seb in Corrie, you might also recognise him from his television debut in an episode of Doctors in 2016 in which he played Tony Lyford.
Harry was born in Manchester on June 26, 1999.
He studied acting at ACT51 in his hometown, and he scored the Corrie role for which he is best known in 2016 when he was just 17.
Before that, in 2014, Harry played Hamlet at Sale’s Waterside Theatre in the play I Hate Shakespeare.
Coronation Street returns at 7.30pm on ITV.
