LAURA Woods is one of the most sought after presenters in the world of sport.
But who is she and what is her net worth? Here's everything you need to know.
Who is Laura Woods?
Laura Woods, born July 2, 1987, is an English presenter.
Prior to finding success in the world of sport, the presenter studied print journalism at Kingston University – before rising up the ranks.
She is now the leading host for TNT Sports' Champions League coverage and is also the face of ITV's football coverage.
However, Woods first became a household name thanks to her brilliant talkSPORT breakfast show.
In 2023, it was revealed that she had been named one of Karen Millen's 'Power Women'.
In an interview with the brand, she said: "Passion for sport started for me when I was very very young.
"It was something my mum threw me and my brothers into all the time to get us out the house."
She added that she always wanted to combine her love of football with telly, but notes: "I always remember one of the first pieces of 'advice' I was ever told was from a producer, and he had heard that I wanted to be a presenter…
"And he said, 'one piece of advice is, for women, you have a much higher height to fall from, so you have to be better.''
Woods, who made the switch to TNT Sports from talkSPORT, is a hit with followers due to her precise combination of relatability and professionalism.
Is Laura Woods married?
Laura Woods is not married – however in October 2023, it was revealed that the popular presenter was dating Love Island lothario, Adam Collard.
They were first spotted enjoying a low-key date in September 2023, when they were seen looking cosy in a village pub.
A month later, Woods broke her silence on her new romance – after accidently posting snaps of them together.
She had attempted to share the sweet post with her close friends – but instead uploaded it publicly.
The stunning sports presenter deleted the video of her Love Island hunk Adam within minutes.
Following the social media mishap, Laura admitted sharing her romance online "fills her with dread".
Speaking on Aimee Fuller’s Monday Mile podcast, Laura said: "I am really private… I only show you what I'm comfortable showing you – I like to keep it like that as much as possible.
"So, I made a slight error, you know when you upload something to your main feed that's meant to be like close friends?
"I didn't even know I could do that to be fair, but I did, and let me tell you how much that turns me inside out, for people to see anything private about me and a relationship, is basically what it is.
"For anyone to see that part of me fills me with dread. It sounds like it's a bad thing but only because I associate social media and relationships in a bad way. I'm almost nothing good can come from sharing.
"Maybe I've learned, maybe it's something historic, I've never thought it was a good idea to share them."
