What is wrong with Mick in EastEnders?
9th October 2020

Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) will collapse in court while testifying at Whitney Dean’s (Shona McGarty) trial in tonight’s episode of Eastenders.

Whitney’s case has already seen some dramatics going on, after her lawyer Gray Atkins (Toby Alexander Smith) had a meltdown in court in last night’s episode.

Gray’s guilty conscience at murdering wife Chantelle – and missing the funeral to appear in court – caused his outburst, but what’s up with Mick?

What’s wrong with Mick?

Mick collapses and ends up having a disturbing panic attack.

The man has been under a fair bit of stress of late, so it’s no surprise a high-pressure court case might tip him over the edge.

Mick is still reeling from having recently discovered that Frankie Lewis is his long-lost daughter.

If that wasn’t enough, Mick is also dealing with the fallout of his wife Linda’s kiss with Max, after she finally came clean and told him the truth.

Could Mick’s struggles be a bad omen for Whitney though?

Whitney looks on with worry as he suddenly can’t catch his breath and collapses on the stand, suffering an anxiety attack.

What will happen next? Stay tuned to find out…

EastEnders continues tonight at 8:35pm on BBC One.
