viewers were stunned when Shaun Wallace, aka the Dark Destroyer, lost the final and £16,000 after making a mistake on an easy question
Shaun was left very red-faced as he gave away the game after being asked "how many weeks are in 70 days," to which he answered seven.
The answer is actually ten, and it gave the players a chance to push him back a step, ending in his loss.
As the team managed to bring home a win, a mortified Shaun said: "It's just a poor day at the office."
Viewers rushed to social media to comment on the blunder, as one said: "7 weeks???? Is he having a laugh?"
Another added: "Haha the dark destroyer will NEVER live that down."
A third chipped in: "The team ought to give Shaun some of their prize money."
A fourth defended him, saying: "Why does everyone have a go at Shaun when he loses. He's not the only chaser to lose."
