STRICTLY Come Dancing's Kaye Adams has revealed how she ended up with a "lethal" injury ahead of the second live show.
Kaye, 59, will perform the Charleston with professional partner Kai Widdrington tonight and on Friday showed off bandages on her side.
The Loose Women anchor explained that it was a result of energetic rehearsals with Kai, 27.
She said: "I slightly mistimed a lift as Kai was chucking me over his shoulder.
"You know how you bump your elbow on the end of a table? Well, I bumped my rib on Kai’s rock-solid abs."
Kaye added to Metro.co.uk: "They’re absolutely lethal."

Luckily Kaye insisted she feels fine ahead of tonight's performance.
It's not the first injury Kaye has ended up with.
Last month she took to her Instagram page to upload a snap showing the palm of her hand looking red raw and sore.
Kaye wrote: "First @bbcstrictly injury," before telling her following it was caused: "From overenthusiastic clapping!"
