Adam Thomas says he ‘cried his eyes out’ over Eddie scoring a 10
Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas admitted he “cried my eyes out” as his co-star Eddie Kadi was awarded the first 10 of the series.
Appearing on Friday’s It Takes Two, the actor told host of the BBC spin-off show Fleur East how proud he had been of the comedian.
“Adam, we saw the first 10 of the series last week, does that give you motivation to go and get your 10?” Fleur asked.
“Yeah, I don’t know,” he replied. “I don’t know about motivation, but you know what? I was really happy for Eddie.
“Honestly, I watched them get the 10 and I just cried my eyes out.

“Because it means so much you know. To all of us that go through this training, it just means the world.
“And it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.
“The fact that he got a 10, man, I couldn’t be more happy for him.”
The 35-year-old went on to admit: “That being said, I’d like to get a 10!”

“Well, you heard it here first!” Fleur announced, continuing:” I can’t wait to see you strut your stuff tomorrow night!”
Earlier this week, Adam sparked concern as he had to take a trip to hospital as he tried to get his hidden health condition “under control”.
The former Emmerdale star took to social media to share with fans that he is currently in hospital undergoing tests for his condition.
Posting on his Instagram stories, he shared with his 1 million followers a picture of him from his hospital bed.
He captioned the image: “One day I’ll get my arthritis under control…but until then, more bloods and more doctors.”
He finished off the post by saying: “Staying strong” followed by a strong arm emoji.
The 35-year-old actor revealed he had rheumatoid arthritis earlier this year after he was announced for the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.30pm on BBC One, while It Takes Two airs daily from 6pm on BBC Two.
