STRICTLY legend Len Goodman is feeling “good as gold” following treatment for skin cancer.

The former BBC1 judge, 76, had a growth removed from his forehead last month and has now been given the all-clear.

Len said: “I’m as good as gold.

"I had a tiny little mole thing on the side of my head, probably from being out and playing golf and whatever.

“And it was such a simple process.

"The doctor put a few injections around it, took it out and I’m back to my gorgeous self.”

The keen golfer has now encouraged others to cover up in the sun.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, he added: “I put a lot of factor 50 on my face when I play golf and fingers crossed everything is going to be gorgeous.”
