GEMMA Collins has undergone a procedure that's made her feel "absolutely incredible" – and she insists it's been "life changing".
The TV personality was treated to a Cyrotherapym – and it's proven to help with slimming and cellulite.
It uses extremely cold temperatures to shock areas of the body, which reduces fat cells typically resistant to diet and exercise alone.
Gemma told fans: "Guys, here I am, back in the Cyro chamber.
"It's amazing. This is my third session and I just love it. I feel so good, so well.
"I just feel absolutely incredible, this stuff is life-changing."
