Last night's Love Island dumping came after the arrival of hunk, Teddy Soares, who soon found himself on a date with four of the islanders, Kaz Kamwi, Sharon Gaffka, Rachel Finni and Faye Winter just minutes after entering the villa.
After a lot of flirting from both the girls and Teddy on their dates, all four singles found themselves interested in the new contestant.
Leaving Teddy to make the tough decision of choosing just one of the girls to couple up with and making the ultimate decision of who would be dumped from the island.
Last night’s re-coupling around the iconic fire pit saw some couples remain such as Jake and Liberty.
We also saw some new couples matched including Brad choosing Lucinda and Toby re-coupling with Chloe.
The four girls – Kaz, Sharon, Rachel and Faye – who all had their eye on Teddy, were left in the fate of the remaining boys to decide who continued their Love Island journey.
With Teddy choosing last (ITV really do love to keep us in suspense) Kaz was chosen by Aaron, unknowing if there is a romantic connection or if it's just friendship.
Ofcom boss warns Love Island could be axed over unsatisfactory duty of care
And after a heartfelt friendship speech, Hugo chose to couple up with Sharon, saying he thought love would be round the corner for them both.
Rachel and Faye were the last girls standing as they waited for the ultimate decision from Teddy about who he wanted to couple up with.
Before announcing which girl he wanted to couple up with, Teddy said: “I would like to couple up with this girl because from the moment I met her my mind was completely blown.
Love Island fans convinced Aaron and Lucinda will couple up after spotting clue
“Her confidence. Every time I speak to her, I feel as if she has blown me away and kept me on my toes and that is super important to me.”
After a suspenseful few minutes, Teddy chose Faye, leaving Rachel single and dumped from the villa.
Emotions ran high as Sharon hugged Rachel in tears after the brutal fire pit re-coupling.
Bags were packed, goodbyes were said and Rachel left, leaving the 14 remaining islanders to head to bed with their new couples.
Things are hotting up in the villa as we see feelings grow between the couples, kissing being mastered and things beginning to get steamy beneath the covers.
But with the threat of Casa Armor on the horizon at a later stage in the series and new islanders still set to enter the villa, islanders still have a long way to go to see what’s love and what’s lust.
