MARRIED At First Sight star Ella Morgan has quit social media as she struggled to 'put on a brave face' after a difficult few weeks.
The 29-year-old took to Instagram to let fans know why she's decided to take a break from social media.
Ella wrote in a post: "Sorry I've been a bit quiet with messages, last few weeks have been a lot..
"I try to stay positive and always put on a brave face but the last two days I've not felt myself at all.
"I literally haven't felt this low and down (about a lot of things) in a long time.
"So I'm just taking some time to myself on my own, and will get back to messages when i can.

This comes after Ella starred on the hit E4 marriage show, Married At First Sight.
She was initially married to Nathanial Valentino, but their relationship faced many cracks.
During the experiment, Ella grew close to another groom, JJ Slater, which caused Nathanial to exit the show.

MAFS fans were left stunned when she and JJ Slater made a bombshell return as a pairing.
However, the duo went on to brutally dump each other during their vow renewal ceremony.
Last month, Ella was cruelly outfit-shamed by trolls after she stripped off at a Halloween party with her co-stars.
One said: "Have a bit of class Ella – Jesus"
While another swiped: "Ella is such an attention seeker."
Ella recently looked glam in a very daring dress at The Beauty Awards 2023.
She worked the camera like a pro on the red carpet, revelling in her newfound celebrity.
