Rachel Finni has admitted she regrets falling for “Brad’s graft” in the villa after her Love Island journey was sadly cut short during Monday's episode of the ITV2 show.
In the latest major recoupling, there were some surprises between the islanders, and sadly 29 year old luxury travel agent Rachel was dumped.
As viewers waited with baited breath to see who newcomer Teddy Soares, 26, would pick, many thought his chemistry with Rachel was a no-brainer.
In a shocking twist, the senior financial consultant chose to couple up with Devonshire girl Faye Winter instead and Brad McClelland, 26, pursued his connection with Lucinda Strafford.
Rachel was gutted to leave the island so soon, and is convinced if she’d made different decisions she would be having a very different journey.
Asked if she thought she’d made any mistakes while conducting her exit interview, Rachel said: “I would have picked Chuggs over Brad.
“Knowing what I know now. You have to graft to stay in there. I was stupid enough to fall for Brad’s graft, because it wasn’t genuine.
“The day after we coupled, he told me to get to know other people,” Rachel continued. “He wasn’t interested.”
The Hertfordshire contestant went on to say that she felt she’d seen Brad’s true colours as soon as he was safe.

She explained: “The second I picked him, he went off to his friends and said ‘I was gutted I wasn’t going to see you.’
“Chuggs would have actually made the effort to get to know me.”
Despite regretting her decision, Rachel admitted she simply chose Brad because he was “more physically attractive”, but he didn’t even enter her top three when she entered the island.
If given the chance, Rachel would have to tried to pursue a connection with Aaron Francis, Toby Aromolaran or Hugo Hammond.

But at the time of her arrival, Aaron and Toby were seemingly locked into secure couplings, and the chemistry with Hugo disappeared.
“I wasn’t really attracted to Hugo in the end but he’s such a gentleman,” Rachel considered. “It would never have worked out with Toby, he was like my little brother.
“With Aaron I don’t think I’m his type. But I loved talking to him,” the former contestant added.
Still disappointed to be dumped before her romantic journey ever began, Rachel insisted if given the opportunity, she would return to the villa.
Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox
