Lind Robson has left fans taken aback after she appeared to make a cheeky reference to anal sex live on Loose Women today.

When discussing previous behaviour and tattoos on the panel, the Birds of a Feather actress joked that if she had a “tattoo on her bottom” it would say “no entry”.

The statement came after fellow panellist Kelle Bryan admitted she had an inking on her bum.

Fans were shocked at Linda's smutty chat and took to social media to weigh in, with one fan branding the remark as "just crude".

A second viewer agreed: "Yes, I thought that was so stupid to say that.”

It’s not the first time Linda has raised eyebrows with her banter on the show.

Just a few weeks ago the actress confessed she had once snogged Lee Ryan at a charity event.

The mum-of-three said the Blue singer came over all smoochy and the kiss ended up plastered all over the papers.

Linda said: "I hosted this charity party, I think for children with cancer, quite a few years ago, quite a lot of celebrities came along.

“The doorman said to me ‘Lee Ryan is outside, do you want to go get him in', so I went outside and ‘hi Lee’ and he grabbed me and started snogging me.”

Though you can’t “see the tongue” in the pictures, Linda added.

She also said her husband Mark Dunford, who she has been married to since 1990, questioned what had happened.

In contrast, Linda also confessed that she does not get changed in front of Mark.

She said: “I still wouldn’t take my clothes off in front of my husband.

“That’s not in my nature to do that. I still go to the bathroom put my nightie on.”

“I’m never going to do it. We come from a Catholic background we don’t strip off in front of each other.”

Linda is probably most well known for starring in Birds of a Feather from 1989 to 1988 alongside Pauline Quirke and Lesley Joseph.

She has also appeared in The Bill and Crossroads.

She joined the Loose Women panel in 2003 and is famous for her irreverent sense of humour and witty anecdotes.

Loose Women airs on weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
