Jesy Nelson's sister slams 'bully Leigh Anne Pinnock’ as she wades into blackfishing row

JESY Nelson’s older sister has broken her silence to support her after she became embroiled in a blackfishing row.

Jade took to Instagram to slam people “bullying” Jesy following the release of her debut single, in a post which appeared to be directed at Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

In an impassioned message, she wrote:  "When bullies deliberately, and under-handedly set out to hurt someone they never expect to get caught.

"That's why they try to get other people to do it for them.

"However, when they are exposed for and the victim simply stands up for themselves the bully quickly tries to turn the tables to make the victim take the blame.

"That's what bullies do."

Supporting Jesy, she continued: "I was taught never to be intimidated by bullies, but to stand up for myself when I have been wronged.

"My sister was targeted and bullied throughout her career.

"The people who knew her best knew the exact extent to how bullying affected her.

"They should also know the potential impact of this new wave of bullying could have."

She warned: "Is this really what you want to do? Please all of you, media and everyone, just stop, because you know her heart, her authenticity, her complete accepting and uncritical nature, I know you do."

Leigh-Anne and Jesy’s relationship came under scrutiny earlier this month when "leaked" messages from Leigh-Anne allegedly accusing  her former bandmate of "blackfishing" were leaked online.

Jesy then responded to the claims in an Instagram live with Nicki Minaj, during which the rapper branded Leigh-Anne a bully and a “clown.”

Leigh-Anne broke down and cried last week as she stood up for herself after Minaj continued to tear into her, accusing her of having "fake selective outrage" and a "personal vendetta" against Jesy.

At a party with her family and friends, Leigh-Anne's voice cracked as she said: "I'm 30 years old. I know my character. You know my character. Anyone that meets me knows my f***ing character."

As if things weren't heated enough, Little Mix released a new diss track Cut You Off and appeared to hit out at Jesy.

The group sing: "It'll be so sweet when you crawl back."
