I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! stars Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears have broken their silence on choosing to depart the jungle early this year.
The pair reflected on their experiences in the camp and talked "regrets" over it ending early, after both exited the show off-screen on "medical grounds".
At the time of Grace's exit, she had managed to write a heartfelt and emotional letter to her campmates, as she said she felt disappointed to be leaving early and praised them for being kind and caring people to live with.
The campmates were only told of 32-year-old Jamie Lynn's decision to leave via a production announcement, and Nick Pickard has since revealed she was forced to "wait hours" due to the bad weather.
Food critic Grace, 50, has now confessed she wished things hadn't had to happen that way, saying: “Leaving my campmates and the girls will be the greatest regret of my life."
She also said that she has learnt to always "take risks", "say yes," and that even when there's things you think you can't do, you "can".
American actress Jamie Lynn, 32, who is the younger sister of superstar singer Britney Spears, said the jungle experience was so life-changing and she loved the people so much she's even considering moving to the UK.
What's more, the mum-of-two was so grateful that her campmates helped her through the difficulties of being away from home and her children, daughters Maddie, 15, and Ivey, five.
She said she found the initial settling in very "tough" in camp and she couldn't adjust, but her newfound friends took her under their wing and made her feel included and looked after with all the trials and tribulations that came their way.
"The first few days in camp were tough for me," Jamie Lynn told ITV in an interview.
"These wonderful humans just scooped me up and brought out a side of me that I just didn’t think that I had."
The Zoey 101 actress, who attended the Dancing With The Stars finale days after returning home from Australia, then joked: "I think I wanna move to the UK, I'd like them to adopt me.
“I’ve literally made life-long friends," she added.
While Jamie Lynn only has good things to say about her experience on the show, Hollyoaks star Nick shared the truth of the dramatic night she left the jungle.
Sharing behind-the-scenes details, he said: "We had 12 days of rain and once for 48 hours it did not stop. That was the night Jamie Lynn went and we had to all huddle, because the only place that's protected in there from the lightning is the Bush Telegraph because it's the only place that is reinforced with steel.
“So we're all in there. And we were in there for ages. And that's when Jamie Lynn had the old like 'oh my god' moment.
"I think she told him just before that she was going on her medical grounds and we're all huddled in. That was the worst night by far because it was 48 hours non-stop.
"We couldn't wait to get out of there. But then we had to go back out. It was still raining and the thing is with the canopy when it's even there, the rain still comes in from the side when it's tropical like that," the actor added.
