Jake Wood's character Max Branning is leaving EastEnders.
Walford's very own Hugh Hefner is set to wave goodbye forever after playing the scandalous character for 15 years on the show.
Jake announced his departure from the programme today, and said he is "grateful" for the experiences he's had on the soap.
Jake told The Sun: "I’ve had 15 wonderful years at EastEnders and have made some truly great friends.
"I’ll of course miss everyone there but I’m grateful they have left the door open for Max and I’m excited to see what the next chapter holds."
Max Branning has notoriously had 14 flings during his time on the show.
Here's a look back at Max's racy affairs as he's set to walk away from the Square for good.
Ruby Allen – 2019
Ruby Allen, played by Louisa Lytton, and Max, played by Jake Wood, recently called off their relationship after they struggled to put a label on it.
One moment the ex-couple believed they were meant for each other, the next they didn't know if they were in an open relationship or not.
The couple split in June after weeks of struggling to communicate properly.
In 2019, Max couldn't help but sleep with Ruby after she was stood up on a date.
He seduced Ruby, who is Stacey's best pal, adding her to the list of women he has bedded in the show.
At the time, the actress said: "Max might finally be out-Maxed!"
Rainie Cross – 2018
Tanya Branning's sister Rainie had the rare chance to sleep with her sister's ex-husband at one point in the show.
She has also had sex with his brother Jack Branning.
Rainie's character returned to the show last year, and was married to her former brother-in-law.
The pair shocked fans as they moved into his grubby car lot empire so they could be together.
When Max eventually threw her out, she moved in with Phil and the drug addict fell into an out of control spiral of drugs.
Fi Browning – 2017
Fi Browning and Max hooked up after she returned from prison.
She was planning revenge on the people of Watford after being released, and swept off her feet by Max who proposed to her in the Queen Vic in front of horrified girlfriend Carmel, who thought he was proposing to her.
But Fi turned down his offer and moments later Kush turned up at the Vic and punched Max in the face.
The pair also shared an intimate moment on Carmel's kitchen table, which left viewers gobsmacked.
Carmel Kazemi – 2017
Max's ex-girlfriend Carmel came into the soap as his plan to get rid of the Square and build luxury flats on top of it.
However her dreams of marrying him were kicked to the curb when she saw him snogging Fi.
Their relationship and plan was then killed off.
Stacey Slater – 2017
Stacey and Max have enjoyed a whirlwind on-off romance together, and were often caught kissing on camera and getting up to no good.
They go way back to the days when Max accidentally played footage of the pair kissing on his wedding DVD, with his whole family watching.
On Christmas Eve a few years back, they reignited their affair, and slept together while Stacey was ironically dressed as an angel.
Max had convinced Stacey, who was with Martin Fowler at the time, to sneak off early from the nativity.
He told her he'd lost the "Slater spark".
Karin Smart – 2015
Karin arrived in Walford originally looking for Phil Mitchell.
But Max gave her a warm welcome as they headed back to his place to have sex.
However their steamy act was part of a dodgy cars plan for Phil.
Lucy Beale – 2014
Lucy and Max had a scandalous fling when she was just aged 20.
Their infamous night of passion happened just weeks before her murder, which led to him being framed for it.
The storyline recently resurfaced in EastEnders last month, when Bobby Beale – who did kill her – confronts Max about the affair.
Emma Summerhayes – 2014
Dirty Max wasn't too phased by Lucy's death as he wound up sleeping with one of the cops on her murder case.
The affair was difficult with Max being one of the main suspects.
Later, when Charlie Cotton got wind of what was going on, Emma was booted off the force.
The relationship dragged on until Emma was mowed down by a car driven by Roxy Mitchell.
Kirsty Branning – 2012
Kirsty Branning was Max's secret wife, who he was having an affair with behind Tanya's back.
Their dirty secret was exposed on Christmas Day, when they were caught having sex in room 14 of the B&B by his daughter Abi.
However it didn't last, as Kirsty was last seen lobbing a set of divorce papers, his house keys and her wedding ring at him before quitting the soap.
Vanessa Gold – 2010
Businesswoman Vanessa joined the soap as another love interest for Max.
In 2011, Vanessa discovered the secret love-nest Max was hiding with his ex-wife Tanya along with a Post-It note reading: "Bubbly's in the fridge."
She went crazy at Max, and the relationship ended with Vanessa leaving the soap soon after.
Becca Swanson – 2009
Max's ex Stacey made a friend called Becca while staying in a psychiatric hospital.
He couldn't help but sleep with her after they hit it off at Bradley's funeral, of all places.
Max insists it was a mistake, but he laid naked on the kitchen table covered in fruit as the pair go for round two.
Becca disappeared from Walford after a year.
Gemma Clewes – 2006
Gemma had one of the shortest appearances on the Square, as she was Max's mistress.
He went to see her after a row with Tanya, but once he'd sorted things with his wife, he tried to scarper away from Gemma.
But she was having none of it and began stalking him to the point that she introduced herself to his son Bradley and booked herself into Tanya's salon.
Now Natalie J Robb plays Moira in Emmerdale.
Tanya Branning – 2006
Max and his ex-wife stumbled across Walford when his car broke down.
The former couple's relationship went downhill from there.
Tanya tried to bury him alive as he hooked up with Gemma and Stacey.
However she eventually dug him up after feeling guilty.
It didn't stop him from cheating again, though.
Rachel Branning – 2006
Bradley's mother Rachel made her first appearance in the Square in 2006.
Her romance with Max was already behind her.
Rachel was still bitter about her ex cheating with Tanya, and tried to attack him at the launch of her salon.
She tried to warn anyone who grabs Max's attention that he can't be trusted.
But it didn't seem like anyone listened.
