If watching the final of The Apprentice gave you a yearning to buy some designer swimwear or drink some nut milk, you’ll be pleased to hear that both finalists’ products are already on sale to the public.
Sian Gabbidon’s winning brand – Sian Marie – has a sophisticated-looking website with one fifty designs on sale with prices ranging from £48 – £60.
One of the criticisms levelled at Sian during the show’s gruelling final interviews was that Sian’s notional £50 price point would be unachievable for a good many of her target buyers.
Apprentice winner Sian herself can be seen modelling some of the designs, such as the Muna one-piece reversible silver hologram swimsuit.
As well as the items for sale there is also a section of fashion ‘Advise’ [sic] including items on how to rip your jeans and a tutorial on making a pair of ‘boots’ out of some shoes and some long socks.
Sian’s Apprentice final rival Camilla Ainsworth is selling a limited range of her nut milks online including a tempting-sounding salted honeycomb hazelnut flavour. A pre-order of four bottles – no exact size is listed but they appear to be roughly 250ml – will set you back £11.00.
The site’s branding betrays the raunchy branding style that saw Camilla repeatedly rebuked for during the show’s tasks with slogan sauce as ‘Nut squeezed with love’ and ‘leave my t*ts alone.’
In the show’s tense final things became quite heated between the 26-year-old from Leeds and the 22-year-old from Blackburn but in the end, Sian told The Mirror: “She said things about my business, I said things about hers and we hashed it out – we didn’t even hash it out afterwards, we hugged it out and moved on.
"You learn that that’s just what you have to do in business in that situation."
