Former Gogglebox star Marcus Luther has explained the reason his famous son didn't appear on the Channel 4 show and said it "wasn't a success".
The 40-year-old from London appeared on the hit reality series alongside his partner Mica Ven and previously Mica's daughters Sachelle and Shuggy were also sofa regulars. But since his departure from the show last year, Marcus has now opened up on why his eldest son, boxer Shiloh Defreitas didn't make the cut.
Talking to LadBible, Marcus explained tha they did get Shiloh involved "for one" preamble of the show which is "basically just talking about normal life". He then said: "He sat on the sofa with us and he did that with us, but it wasn't a success so we left him to it, sent him back to the boxing gym instead."

Shiloh, who is nicknamed 'Sugar Shy' is Marcus' son from a previous relationship. The 24-year-old previously won gold for Team England at the Commonwealth Youth Games in 2017 and has enjoyed a successful career since.
Marcus, who also works as a boxing coach and gym owner, is incredibly proud of his son. The reality star explained that Shiloh also inspired him to take part in Channel 4's new reality show, Banged Up.
The new show sees a group of celebs including EastEnders star Sid Owen and former Tory MP Neil Parish, enter decommissioned prison, HMP Shrewsbury. Living alongside former convicts, the group of well-known faces will find out what it's like to actually be banged up.
Sharing his thoughts on the show, Marcus said: "I run a boxing club and I lose a lot of my young people to crime. They all end up going back and I thought to myself 'if the system is designed for you to not go back to prison what's happening."
Last year, Marcus and Mica left fans stunned when they decided to leave Gogglebox to pursue other project. The couple released a statement at the time which read: "We’ve had so much fun with you all tuning in at home and the hardworking Gogglebox crews but it’s time to put down the remote and see what else God has in store for us."
