The GMB studio was reduced to tears of laughter on Thursday morning (August 3) as Andi Peters appeared to choke on a profiterole live on air.
Andi, 53, has been sent to Oxfordfshire to report on this year's Wilderness Festival, which is where the rather unsavory incident occurred.
During a segment in which he reviewed food on sale at the festival, Andi quite literally bit off more than he could chew, leaving co-presenters Ben Shephard and Ranvir Singh in hysterics.

First, excited Andi filled a bowl with the tasty treat before adding lots of chocolate sauce, homemade honeycomb, marshmallow and Oreo biscuits.
"Didn't he win Masterchef?" asked a confused Ranvir as Andi proceeded to stuff his face. "You'd never know."
Andi then appeared to force his entire dessert into his mouth with a spoon, leaving Ben to declare: "He takes a mouthful the size of Gregg Wallace as well."
"Oh my lord, oh no!" said Ranvir as Andi continued.
"How does it taste, Andi?" asked Ben.
Andi, however, was left unable to speak, such was his mouthful. Then, beginning to laugh, the star appeared to choke and gag on the food, before turning away from the camera in embarrassment.
"It's a good thing he's got that poncho on – it's to keep his clothes clean!" Ben continued to joke as Andi struggled.
Beginning to worry, Ranvir interjected: "Let's stop now – I think he may have overdone it."
"He's alright, he's survived the incident," responded Ben as Andi seemingly caught his breath.
"I can breathe now, I can breathe now," said a relieved Andi as he gave the camera a thumbs up.

Earlier in the show, meanwhile, Ben poked fun at Andi's choice of attire.
"Let's catch up with Andi in the wilderness who is in his cagoule this morning," introduced Ben.
Offended Andi responded: "Good mornning. Look… it's a coat! Cagoule is such an old fashioned word, Ben. I expect Richard to use words like cagoule!"
"It's waterproof, it'll keep you dry. Is it a pack-a-mac, does it fold down into a little thing you can put round your waist?" asked Ben.
Andi quipped: "It certainly doesn't do that – it's slightly more fashionable than that."
