GEORDIE Shore alum Holly Hagan has revealed she lost 11lbs in just nine weeks – after gaining three and half stone while pregnant.
Holly, 31, gave birth to her first child in June, a son named Alpha-Jax, who she shares with her footballer husband Jacob Blyth.
In her latest Instagram Story, the reality star opened up about her remarkable weight loss after building a gym in her home.
Flashing her abs in a cropped hoodie and leggings, she wrote in her caption, "Update on my own progress. I am 11lb down in 9 weeks! Slow steady and sustainable!
"I'm honestly just so pleased I know what I'm doing theses days because gaining solb in pregnancy after battling with my weight for so many years was tough to take mentally.
"20lb of that came straight off within 2 weeks and now ulb with hard work and consistency.

"I'm not perfect every day I'm probably giving about 60% effort atm as we have so much going on but I'm so happy to just be feeling fitter and stronger again.
"Also buying jeans that fit me right now rather than trying to squeeze back into my old ones is helpful So to anyone who's worried about pregnancy weight gain try not to stress, consistency is key."
She has been working out in recent weeks and has been plugging her exercise regime, Four Fitness.
The influencer was recently left fuming as the BMI scale classifies her as "obese" due to her weight, despite having an ultra toned figure and a healthy lifestyle.

She wrote an essay in the caption as she explained: " I am considered “obese” on the bmi scale in this picture.
"I have only just moved into the “overweight” category. What makes me so sad is that I have so many women join our programmes because they have been refused fertility treatment unless they get below 30!
"My bmi is above 30 in this image!!!
"How thin do they want people do be to allow them the chance of adding to their family?!"
