The 37-year-old Towie star, who said she always had "a big butt", appeared on today's Lorraine when she discussed how the skating show had helped improve her body-confidence.
The ITV star, who has shed two stone since she began training, said: "I've always had a big butt but now I've deffo got a Beyoncé butt.
"I feel a lot more confident and definitely feel fitter and I'm thoroughly enjoying it."
Her ice skating partner Matt Evans said Gemma is desperate to impress viewers on Sunday's debut, revealing she wanted to end their first routine with the splits.
Matt told Dan Wootton: "She's got rhythm! She said, 'I want to end in the splits'. I say can you? She drops down and wow!"
Recently, Gemma exclusively revealed to The Sun Online how she had dropped two dress sizes, and hoped to lose even more weight as she progresses through the competition.
She said at the launch of Dancing on Ice: "I've dropped two dress sizes already but it doesn't matter how slim my body gets my face always carries weight.
"Everything has just gone down but the minute this show ends I'm getting my boobs lifted.
Adding: "I just seem to have lost weight off my top bit and my boobs have just gone south so basically yeah, the minute the show ends I'm getting my boobs uplifted.
"I couldn't have really had it done at a better time as I would have lost a bit more on this. [Then] Get on a beach in Dubai, get papped and drink a Pina Colada."
Her morning appearance comes after she jokingly threatened to leave Dancing On Ice when she found out she's skating out to Venga Boys for her first routine yesterday.
The stunned Towie star thought her partner Matt was having a joke when he revealed their music.
She firmly said: "I'm not coming out to that. You are joking. I'm leaving the show. Is this a joke? No, I'm leaving the show."
The 37-year-old has been struggling to sleep with nerves ahead of the launch show on Sunday. It was the final straw when she discovered she'll have to dance to We Like To Party in front of millions of people.
Matt tried to convince her about the performance, saying: "They have like all the other pros behind us, it'll be like a big production."
But Gemma made her feelings clear in a clip shared on Dancing On Ice's Instagram page.
Thankfully, she is then seen on the rink as she sings "the Venga Bus is coming, da da da da da da da."
Gemma is in this year's Dancing On Ice line-up alongside Corrie actress Jane Danson, Strictly's James Jordan and former Westlife star Brian McFadden.
