FURIOUS Strictly fans have fumed the show is FIXED as Ugo Monye gets a ‘free pass’ to next week with his back injury.

The retired rugby hero told fans he was 'gutted' he will miss Saturday night's show.

Ugo, 38,  took to Twitter to tell fans that he was suffering from "back problems" – just a day after Robert Webb withdrew from the competition due to ill healthfollowing major heart surgery.

Now a new 'fix row' has erupted as fans don't believe there should be an elimination this week.

One fumed on Twitter: "Btw not saying Ugo should get a free pass, he obvs should and that’s always the rule!!! but imo it feels kinda unfair to still have an elim this week all things considered, what a hot mess of a week.)

Another said: "Would love to know if they'll still do this considering that Ugo is out this week with a back injury.

"I think everyone should be scored but get a free pass into next week like week one.

"It's only fair given Robert's departure and Ugo missing a week #Strictly"

Ugo, revealed that he had been "advised by medical professionals" to rest up so that he could be "fighting fit" for week five of the competition.

He wrote to fans: "Unfortunately I’m not going to be able to dance this weekend on the show.

"I have a history of back problems which has always been managed under the guidance of medical professionals. Unfortunately this has been causing me some unwanted problems this week!

"I have been advised by medical professionals and with huge support from Strictly to get some treatment & rest to ensure that I can get myself back to full capacity and fighting fit for next week."

Ugo concluded that he was "gutted" to not be returning to the dance floor this weekend alongside professional partner Oti Mabuse.

"Wishing all the other contestants the best of luck & will be cheering them on from home," the star concluded in his Twitter thread.
