EMMERDALE is set for an explosive week this week with infidelity, scandals and a war of the Tates.
The ITV soap is racing to its big 50th anniversary month by setting up some huge storylines.
Here’s what to expect this week…
Liam cheats on Leyla
Doctor Liam is still struggling with Leyla being back from rehab.
The couple are still on tenterhooks and Priya’s concerned for her friend when Leyla emotionally unloads.
Leyla worries she’s truly broken her relationship with Liam. But soon Liam is offloading to Bernice and when thoughts of their relationship resurface, Liam kisses a shocked Bernice.
Bernice insists stricken Liam tell Leyla the truth. However, during an embrace with Leyla, Liam decides to backtrack on telling her and emotional Leyla agrees to get their relationship back on track.
Bernice exposes Liam
For once it appears Bernice will not be trying to stir things between her ex and his new wife.
Watching from afar and seeing Leyla cry, Bernice is left to believe Liam has come clean.
Leyla can’t believe what she’s hearing when oblivious Bernice mentions her kiss with Liam…
Dan’s plan for Noah and Amelia backfires
Dan’s confused when Harriet is flirtatious with him, feeling she actually might like him after all.
When Harriet kisses a smitten Dan, she’s underwhelmed but after Harriet has a chat with Faith, Dan’s surprised when Harriet commits to a relationship with him.
Although happy for them, it’s clear Amelia’s still saddened by thoughts of Noah. Amelia’s soon left fuming when she learns Dan forced Noah into breaking up with her.
Dan’s left well aware he’s messed up when Amelia decides to move out. Noah promises he can be the man Amelia and her baby needs and soon Noah and Amelia share their first kiss.
Dan’s furious when he sees them but his outburst only drives Amelia further away. He’s woeful when he realises he’s really gone and blown it now…
Faith Dingle has one last hurrah with Pollard
With Faith Dingle dying from terminal cancer, time is running out for her.
Faith and Pollard have a drunken afternoon and zoom back into the village in a stolen golf cart.
Having the time of her life, Faith’s glad to be enjoying Pollard’s company while she still can.
Trouble at Home Farm
Millie and Clemmie clash as they struggle to adapt to their new family dynamic. Tension rises as Kim and Dawn argue over giving Mille her old room back.
Dawn’s aghast when Kim states Clemmie might not be staying long term anyway. After a difficult day, Dawn attempts to get Clemmie to open up and is enthusiastic when Clemmie shows interest in making her new room her own.
She’s left increasingly frustrated Kim’s decision to swap bedrooms has set Clemmie back. Dawn worries about the upcoming visit from social services.
Kim is left to think when it becomes clear there are too many children all under one roof.
When Gabby suggests she and Thomas move in with Bernice for a while, Kim’s riled knowing Clemmie is the real reason.
