GB News: Isabel calls Eamonn 'rude'
Eamonn Holmes was jokingly branded “rude” by his GB News co-star Isabel Webster on Tuesday’s show.
It came as he quipped she used to be “boring” before she started working with him.
The jokey interaction followed comments made by viewers on Twitter about a debate they were having on the show as Isabel explained: “The inbox is absolutely on fire following that debate, we haven’t got time to talk read them all now -“
“Well wait a minute, I haven’t even looked, I bet you they’re agreeing with me,” Eamonn commented.
“There’s a mixture I would say, some have called us woke – well, me woke,” Isabel replied.

“I can’t remember what your view was, did you agree with me?” she asked her co-star.
“No! So there’s a mixture, so 95 percent have favoured me?” Eamonn predicted.
Reading out one tweet, Isabel said: “Isabel and Eamonn are quite humorous this morning,” before thanking the viewer.
“You see, this is the whole point I mean think about how boring you used to be before I came along,” Eamonn quipped.
He went on: “But seriously, you had a problem with personality…”

“You are so rude,” Isabel hit back at the presenter.
“I looked at you and I said, ‘I will take you out of this,'” Eamonn continued.
“I am naturally earnest,” Isabel admitted, to which her colleague responded: “You’re an earnest person.”
“You’re just a loose canon…” the broadcaster joked.
Elsewhere, Eamonn opened up last week about his health issues when he joined hosts Ben and Frazer on their YouTube channel, All Things Business.
He explained: “The biggest hurdle that I have had to experience is my mobility.
“My health… I have damaged the discs in my back and they have damaged my legs and my walking.
“That’s been, for nearly two years, that has affected my life terribly.”
The longstanding broadcast journalist believes his health woes have impacted what he is able to do for his career.
“It affects the type of programmes [I can do],” he added.
“I’ve worked with you guys and I had to sit on a stool behind a podium – you guys accommodated me. Where there is a will there is a way.”
