Daily Star has taken a sneak peek ahead with baby loss fears in Emmerdale, an affair brewing in Walford and a hostage horror plot in Weatherfield.

Coronation Street

Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) finds herself in grave danger after Mike (Tom Lorcan) and Esther Hargrave (Vanessa Hehir) are finally exposed.

Elsewhere, Jacob Hay (Jack Jame Ryan) is stressed when a party of police officers arrive for a retirement do at the Bistro as his dodgy dad Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) sorts drugs to be delivered to the restaurant.

Also, Dee-Dee Bailey presents Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) with a care package to help her over her ordeal and begs her to return to the solicitors as she’s struggling without her.

Denise Fox (Diane Parish) is desperate to put a spark back into her marriage with Jack Branning (Scott Malsen) but his behaviour points her into the direction of hunky Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara).

Meanwhile, Zack Hudson (James Farrar) is left shaken when his old acquaintance Brett arrives in Walford.

Elsehwere, Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) invites the family for a meal, where Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick), Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) brace themselves for a terrible update but Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) and Lola take great delight in announcing their plans.

Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is left panicking next week when pregnant Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) moves in with him and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) after she collapses.

Elsewhere, Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) is not in a great place when the police call her and others in for questioning regarding Al Chapman's death.

Also, Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) starts to worry about Naomi Walters (Karene Peter) bad influence on April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) and soon feels forced to confront Naomi.
