This Morning ' presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary have been a big hit with viewers since they replaced Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford last month.
It has been been reported that former Big Brother contestant Alison, 45, and X Factor host Dermot, 47, have pulled in more viewers after taking over the Friday slot.
According to The Mirror, the dynamic duo have pulled in 44% more viewers than last January's Friday shows.
Their episodes have averaged 1.3million viewers and got 21% of the available TV audience.
Over 1.4 million people tuned in to watch Alison and Dermot's first Friday show together on January 8.
They had previously worked together on the ITV daytime show as stand-in presenters and impressed both bosses and viewers with their chemistry.
This Morning viewers went wild on Friday after Eamonn, 61, returned to This Morning for a travel segment three weeks after he was axed from hosting Fridays.
Viewers were delighted to hear the presenter lending his voice to a tour of the Caribbean in the throwback segment.
Eamonn and Ruth stepped down from their regular hosting gig on the show after 15 years to make way for Alison and Dermot.
The decision attracted a significant backlash from viewers unhappy that their favourite presenters were being replaced.
But in his parting words to viewers, Eamonn asked fans of the show to be "nice and lovely" to the pair, saying he was "very close" to Alison.
He shared in the final moments of his last Friday on air in December: "You won't be watching us any more on Friday.
"Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, they're going to be here on Friday from here on in.
"Please can we ask you to be as nice and lovely to them, friends of ours as they are, we're very close to Alison, as you have been to us for the past 15 years."
Eamonn and Ruth will return to cover for holiday cover, starting with half term next month.
It has been reported that the married couple were a casualty of an ITV "diversity drive".
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby host the ITV flagship show Monday to Thursday.
