A PLACE in the Sun's Jean Johansson was left red-faced after a buyer broke down in tears before even viewing a property.
The Channel 4 host was on hand to help Joe and Kirsty find their dream home in Valencia, Spain.
With a budget of £280,000, the couple was searching for a three-bedroom home with a lounge area and a private swimming pool.
Joe seemed emotionally charged before even viewing the first two homes.
He said: "I'm not normally speechless, but this property and this view is absolutely beautiful. It's the surroundings, the peace, the tranquillity, it plays a big part in it. That's the noise I want to hear. Nothing."
Prior to the second viewing, Jean had to give Joe a moment to compose himself.

The property host appeared to be slightly taken aback by the house hunter's reaction.
She said: "I don't think I've ever seen a couple so overwhelmed and in love with a property."
Joe managed to get himself together and continue on with the property search.
The couple fell in love with the third home, a five-bedroom villa in L'Olleria that was priced at £340,517, which stretched their budget.

However during the episode, they didn't put in an offer and said they needed time to think about it.
But later on over the credits they revealed they secured the property.
