A Place in the Sun's Scarlette Douglas struggled to find the perfect place for Maria when she took her house-hunting in Spain.
Maria was joined by her best mate Karen in Monday's episode of the Channel 4 show (May 17) and the pair were quite difficult to please.
On her wish-list was three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a swimming pool in the full sun for afternoons of paddling in the Spanish heat.
Unfortunately, she was "very disappointed" with a villa Scarlette took her around and the problem was the swimming pool which she claimed didn't have enough space next to it for a sunbed.
The glamorous property was on the market for just under £141,000 and even had its own turret with a spiral staircase running through it.
Maria seemed excited as she stood outside its impressive facade and joked her pal Karen could sleep in the "shed".
She was also impressed by its interior, which had a huge open plan living space, and three double bedrooms, two of which had ensuite bathrooms.

Things went downhill when she looked outside at the pool area and complained about the space.
Glancing around the sunny terrace and looking down at the road, she commented it was "much louder than it was before".
Maria added: "Actually, there is no space to put down beds, I want beds, sunbeds out so I can look at the view.
"Oh, it has disappointed me really."
Maria and Karen then went back to the front of the property to give Scarlette their verdict.

"What do you think?' asked the presenter.
Maria said: "Well initially I wasn't sure about the house but then the more we saw of the house it grew one me and I started to like the house, then I, unfortunately, got very disappointed when I went down to the pool because there's no real space around the pool for sunbeds, there's just a little tiny space.
"The road noise was quite a lot. I'm really disappointed because I did start to love the house."
Luckily, Scarlette scored a definite winner with her final property which was a three-bedroom villa with views of the lake on the market for £195,000.
Amazingly, Maria managed to blag it for just £160,000 after initially putting down a "cheeky" offer of £150,000.
