A Place in the Sun was a disaster for presenter Ben Hillman when he failed to find anything his house-hunters liked enough for them to make an offer.
Viewers of the Channel 4 show on Wednesday (May 19) reckoned the properties were "s***ty", the "a**e end", and the "c***pest" ever shown in a single episode.
Ben was carrying out his search in the Spanish town of Oliva situated on the Valencian coastline for keen cyclists and beekeepers Rachel and John who had a budget of £100,000 to play with.
Sadly, the properties he took them around were either a bit small or neglected and in need of work.
His first two properties were both three-bedroom townhouses on the market for around £80,000 and had roof terraces but lacked green outside space.
Ben told the couple to "buzz off" when they pointed out the urban location was no good for beekeeping.
Next, he showed John and Rachel some country houses, one on the market for £99,091 and the other valued at £109,091.

The former was too far from the coast – around a 40-minute drive away – and the other was deemed a bit too expensive and cramped.
John said: "The living area is a bit too small. Would be alright for two people but if you've got family over it just doesn't cut it."
The fifth and final property was a five-bedroom house back in the town of Oliva on the market for £100,000 and featuring a pretty courtyard and huge garage.

John and Rachel said the townhouse was "too big" and, at the end of the show, declined to make a single offer which left viewers feeling frustrated.
One person blasted: "Ben obviously can't be a**ed to show them anywhere even remotely nice."
"Surely this is a contender for the c***pest houses shown in one programme?" questioned another viewer.
"They’re really getting the a**e end of the properties today!" said someone else.
A fourth viewer tweeted: "I'm calling time-wasters again and I can't say that I blame them if they do, given the s***ty places they've been shown."
