Danielle Van De Donk is a professional football player from the Netherlands.
The midfielder was born on August 5, 1991, in Valkenswaard, Netherlands.
The talented footballer grew up playing for boy's teams as is the story for many female football players.
She played for SV Valkenswaard from age four and then moved to VV UNA in 2006.

Who does Danielle Van De Donk play for?
Danielle made her professional football debut aged 17 for Willem II in 2008.
She played with the team until 2011 and moved to VVV-Venlo for their 2011/12 season.
Danielle also played for PSV/FC Eindhoven for three years where she made 66 appearances and scored 36 goals.
In 2015 she made 13 appearances for the Swedish club Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC before signing with Arsenal.

In June 2021, Lyon announced that Danielle had signed on with the team for a two-year contract.
She made her debut for Lyon on September 5, 2021, against Saint-Étienne.
Internationally, Danielle plays for the Netherlands national team, making her debut for the team at the age of 19.
She played for the Netherlands youth teams from 2006 until 2009, making her senior team debut in 2010.
Danielle was announced as part of the Netherlands squad for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in May 2023.

Danielle met Ellie when she was transferred to Lyon from Arsenal in 2021.
The pair sparked rumours that they were romantically involved in February 2022.
