UFC announcer Laura Sanko has shared a video of herself running while simultaneously trying to tan in the sun.
The 39-year-old posted the clip on her Instagram which showed her exercising with just one strap on her shoulders.
Attaching a comment to the video, Sanko said: "5.5 mile Sunday run as usual.
"Switch the straps every 10 mins so I don't get weird lines 😂."
And she added a caption to the post which read: "Still don’t love running …but today hit different for sure 💪🏼. Stay on the grind folks."
Sanko's social media following responded to the video praising the style she was rocking while running.

One said: "One strap is impressively supportive – that’s the kind of support people need in their lives 👏🏼."
Another fan added: "Am i the only one hope that sports bra slips 😂😂😂.
"What brand is that? Because that kind of support is what all women need with one strap 😂."
And a third hilariously said: "Wish my father was as supportive of me as that sports bra is to you."

As well as being an announcer, Sanko also has actual experience competing in the octagon.
Back in 2013, she took on Cassie Robb at Invicta FC 4 and won via second round submission.
Going by the name 'Fancy' during her MMA career, Laura quit the fighting game for family reasons after just one pro bout.
But after debuting on the same card as Paige VanZant almost a decade ago, she claims she'd have thrived in the UFC if they had an atomweight division.
Sanko told VolumeSports: "Paige VanZant and I debuted on the same card, on the same night. And we both got wins, both got finishes.
“I know that if there had been an atomweight division in the UFC, I know I could’ve gone on to have a solid career in the UFC. There’s no doubt in my mind.

"There’s not much footage out there of me fighting, and I’m so much better than the footage that does exist.
"That’s the irritating part because my growth as a fighter really happened after I quit competing actively.
"There’s definitely a part of me that wants to get back to some form of competition just to, like, prove to people that I’m about that life."
