MANCHESTER UNITED travel to Goodison Park TODAY to face Everton in the Premier League.
The Toffees sit 19th after they were deducted ten points over the international break for breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
Everton have revealed that they will appeal the judgement which they claim is "unjust".
Meanwhile, Man Utd are currently 6th after picking up back-to-back 1-0 wins in the Premier League before the international break are one of the in form sides in the top flight.
Despite lacklustre performances, Erik ten Hag's are currently top of the form table.
The Dutchman, who will not be present on the touchline due to a one-match suspension for receiving three yellow cards, has come under pressure this term after some hammerings.

But his Red Devils, who did the double over Everton last season while also dumping them out of the FA Cup, have quietly been racking up wins too.
And although things aren't going to plan in the Champions League, United are continuing to move up the Premier League table.
Both clubs are also anticipating new investors, with Farhad Moshiri looking to sell Everton.
As for United, they hope that Sir Jim Ratcliffe will become part of the furniture before the month is out.

What is their form like?
Everton have been in positive form, winning three of their last five league matches while losing just once to Liverpool.
They also dumped Burnley out of the Carabao Cup in that period.
And if it weren’t for their 10-point deduction, they’d be sitting 14th in the table instead of 19th.
As for United, they have won their last two Premier League games.
But they have also suffered three defeats in the previous five in all competitions.
And things won’t be getting any easier for United, with games against Galatasaray, Newcastle and Chelsea on the horizon.
What is the team news?
The hosts will be sweating over the fitness of midfield star Amadou Onana as he faces a late fitness test after obtaining a tight calf which prevented him from linking up with the Belgium squad.
Sunday afternoon will likely come too soon for the likes of Seamus Coleman and Dele Alli.
For Erik ten Hag, he has confirmed Andre Onana is fit enough to travel to Goodison after picking up an adductor strain during international duty for Cameroon.
Rasmus Hojlund is a doubt due to a thigh problem he picked up against Luton before the international break and will undergo a late fitness test.
Fello Dane Christian Eriksen was withdrawn during the first half against the Hatters and will be on the sidelines for a number of weeks.
Luke Shaw has returned to training in a major boost to Ten Hag and is expected to feature in some capacity, but Jonny Evans is another who misses out.
Mason Mount will be unavailable for the visitors after picking up an injury during training.

But Everton's leading man this term has been powerhouse Abdoulaye Doucoure.
While United will look to inspiration from midfield captain Bruno Fernandes.

Sean Dyche: "I spoke to the group and said the league table is one thing but the final league table is the truth of the season. It changed the viewpoint but it doesn't change what we're doing.
"In fact it enhances what we're doing, we've got to go harder for longer and stronger. The group have been very good in themselves I must say.
"Let's take it on, let's take on the next challenge. There have been plenty of them since I've been here."
Erik ten Hag: "It's always about us. I can see the opposition, I can see they are mad. Finally, it's about us.
"If they are mad, that's their fuel, we have to match those standards. If we match the standards we have a very good chance to win the game.
"I don't know the details about [the points deduction], I don't have an opinion. I can imagine Everton fans are very mad. We can do nothing about it. We have to match their standards."

Both sides have a point to prove this weekend.
United are battling back from heavy criticism after their mixed form.
While Everton are seething from their 10-point deduction.
But with United winning the last three in all competitions, we're predicting another victory for the Red Devils.
