CESAR AZPILICUETA was all smiles as he celebrated his 32nd birthday AND 300th Premier League appearance with a huge cake from M&S.
Chelsea’s long-serving captain put in a top performance as Thomas Tuchel’s ten-man Blues drew 1-1 with Liverpool yesterday.
The game marked Azpilicueta’s 300th game for Chelsea since his £7million move from Marseille in 2012.
And it also happened to be the defender’s 32nd birthday too.
After the thrilling battle at Anfield, Azpilicueta was presented with a tasty-looking chocolate cake on the Chelsea bus.
And as one of the best skippers in world football, ‘Dave’ was sure to have shared it out amongst his teammates.
Azpilicueta, who has won numerous trophies including two titles and the Champions League, wrote on Instagram: “A bit of cake to celebrate my birthday and 300 Premier League appearances!
“Proud of the team spirit from everyone! Thank you for your messages and for your support!”
