The Belgian international has evaded punishment by the FA after referee Andre Mariner spotted the foul and gave the Gunners a free-kick.
Social media was sent into a meltdown last night following the incident, with the Red Devils ace not even receiving a yellow card.
The 19-year-old glided past Fellaini during the closing stages of the 2-2 draw, before being sent tumbling to the ground as he was hauled back by the towering midfielder.
And when asked what he thought of the incident, the French youngster gave a brilliant response as he referenced Fellaini's new look.
The former Lorient maestro said: "I think there is a bit of jealousy there.
"Maybe he can't accept the fact that he chose to go back to short hair."
Robert Huth also weighed in on the incident as he posted a picture of the hair grabbing, with the caption: "Looks like I taught him well."
The German centre-back was banned retrospectively for three games after pulling Fellaini's hair during a 1-1 draw in the 2015/16 season.
Guendouzi has starred for Arsenal since joining in the summer, where he has featured in 19 games in all competitions.
