CRISTIANO RONALDO got off to a winning start with new club Al-Nassr – but he'll be determined to follow that up by helping his side secure a Saudi Super Cup final spot.

The Portuguese legend failed to hit the back of the net in his official league debut.

However, Anderson Talisca's first-half strike was enough for Al-Nassr to secure all three points against Ettifaq.

But now, Ronaldo and Co will need to readjust their focus on the mouth-watering cup contest with Al-Ittihad.

And it could prove to be a fiery exchange as there has been a red card shown in the last FOUR consecutive games between the two Saudi clubs.
