A young woman brutally beaten outside a London nightclub by a man has described the moments leading up to the horrific attack.
Krystal Misson, 21, was filmed being punched to the ground outside Clapham’s Lotus nightclub in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
In the sickening footage, she can be seen being repeatedly struck by a "very big" man as a security guard apparently fails to intervene.
Now, Krystal has revealed what happened in the minutes before the beating – as the hunt for her attacker continues 30 hours on.
She says she had been speaking to a group of girls who were in a car in a bid to resolve an earlier confrontation with one of them.
But as she attempted to "sort" the situation out, the man allegedly appeared out of the blue and asked: "What did you say to my friend?"

In scenes not captured in footage, he is then accused of punching Krystal in the face before dragging her across the road by her hair.
The young woman says a nearby security guard then "automatically" took hold of her as she pleaded: "Get him, it’s him, get off me."
Meanwhile, her attacker apparently began taking off his watch and coat as he ‘got ready to fight’ her at the scene in south west London.
"That’s when you see the video start. He runs over, punches me and punches me and then runs off," Krystal bravely recalled.
"I honestly didn’t do anything to him."
The young woman described details of the incident in an Instagram Live video yesterday, in which her face was clearly bruised.
The attack happened shortly before 4am outside the nightclub.
Police confirmed this morning that no arrests have been made.
In the video, Krystal, a youth justice student, says: "We went to Lotus bar in Clapham High Street and we got there just before midnight.
"We were near the front and this group of girls came between us in the queue. One of the girls said ‘don’t push me’ when I hadn’t.
"She said ‘don’t get rude’ when she was the one who had pushed in. Then she made a comment about me ‘not being from these ends’ because I’m from north east and we were in south east. It was so petty.
"Anyway, I was triggered and really upset with her but my girls calmed me down and eventually we went in the club with no problem.
"The group of girls must have been watching us while we were in the club because they kept making comments like ‘you’ve been dancing with bare men’ and stupid shit like that.
"When we left the club I decided I wanted to talk to this girl. I didn’t want to start any beef with her, I just wanted to know what the problem was. I really didn’t want to start anything.
"I know I probably shouldn’t have but I had had a drink, everyone knows that. It gets a bit confusing now but basically all the other girls started getting involved and coming up to my friends.
"The main girl, the one that had a problem with me from the beginning, then came out the club and started shouting and walking away. She wouldn’t talk to me properly.
"They got in the car and wound down the windows and started getting bad then, because they were in the car. I was asking ‘what’s your problem?’ I thought we could just sort it out."
She adds: "Then, out of the blue, this guy comes up to me and started saying ‘what did you say to my friend?’ and then punched me straight in the face.
"I fell after the first punch. And then he dragged me across the main road by my hair, it’s a good job this weave tied down.
"The bouncer saw us and automatically held me. I kept saying ‘get him, it’s him, get off me, why are you touching me?’
"The guy meanwhile was taking off his watch, his bag and his coat and getting ready to fight me."
It was moments later that the video footage was allegedly captured, showing Krystal being punched to the ground in the street.
The student’s shocked pal, Lydia, explained in another Instagram video last night why the incident was recorded on camera.
"It was a girl-on-girl conversation, so it wasn’t even a fight, it was a conversation… he jumped out of nowhere and started punching up my friend," Lydia says in the clip, describing the attack as "unprovoked".
"The first time he attacked my friend we did not record it, we were obviously jumping in. My girl got punched in the nose, I got dashed to the side and my friend was just, like, in actual shock."
She adds: "The second time we recorded it because, as you lot can see in the video, the security guard was doing nothing."
Lydia described the attacker in a caption as a "VERY big man".
Krystal was left "in pain everywhere" following the brutal attack.
She earlier told MailOnline: "The side of my face is swollen.
"I just feel pain everywhere. To be honest I’m just putting everything together at the moment, I was all a bit of blur.
"I just got caught off guard – I wasn’t expecting the guy to hit me. He attacked me out of the blue before the video.
"I don’t even know what happened.
"I couldn’t watch it until a little while ago, because he was making sound effects in the video – it sounded like he was enjoying it."
Krystal’s pals claim they have tracked down the man who carried out the attack and he has since deleted his social media accounts.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman told Mirror Online: "Police were called to Clapham High Street, SW4 at 4am following reports of an assault.
"Officers attended and spoke to a woman who explained that she had been assaulted by a man outside a nightclub.
"A description of the male suspect was taken as part of a common assault crime report.
"No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue. The victim refused medical treatment at the scene."
